Fingerprint Orion:
The toughest fingerprint for
outdoor and indoor

The new Dakty identification module Fingerprint Orion is an extremely tough complete solution, which combines the new finger print sensor NAOS-A with its fiber optic scanning surface and a new control unit with numerous interfaces. The compact Fingerprint Orion was designed for use in access control-, locking-, and time registration systems, or in automats and machines - indoors as well as outdoors. Daktys robust recognition module is dust- and waterproof, despite extreme weather conditions - and it works in a very wide temperature spectrum, starting from -40°C (-40°F) to +85°C (185°F). Dakty Fingerprint Orion was made for standard in-wall installation and can be used as a stand-alone solution or server based. It comes with Ethernet-, RS 485- and RS 232 interfaces and can transfer finger prints in real time, if necessary. Access control, time windows and access log files can be managed directly using a Windows PC.
